When giving a 17 yo a iud they refused anesthetics n shoved it in anyways. I ended up in the hospital with air around my lungs puking for a month straight. Not supposed to do that come to find out they are supposed to give you anesthetics if your under 20 never had a kid and can’t handle pelvic exams. In my opinion don’t go here they obviously have no idea what they are doing. Now I’m in pain cuz it’s rejecting a year later thanks for the trauma you caused me.

Please do not utilize HWHC for anything. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I delivered 3 babies with them and have been dealing with them for over a year regarding my last delivery and it just continues to get worse. I have called multiple times for the last month to get my HSA card info given so that way my payment plan can continue but absolutely no one will give me a call back. I refuse to speak with Benicka in billing because she does not have a professional bone in her body. I was called a supervisor whose name is Angie and was promised that Teresa in billing would give me a call to get this taken care of. I’m now 3 weeks after that call and absolutely no one has called. I called today only to be told that apparently Angie never told Teresa to give me a call and Teresa is clueless of my situation. THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION. I am ACTIVELY trying to get my bill paid which is something that most offices struggle with in the first place. My last visit in January was horrible. Tressie asked why I was there. When I told her I was getting my IUD removed, she condescendingly asking, “is your husband aware of what you are doing and is he okay with this?” This is NOT the 19th century. When I asked her why it was his business and why I needed his permission she gaslit me by acting offending and being rude. The remainder of the visit was cold and awkward. I refuse to go back to this practice and after dealing with my billing issue, refuse to recommend them to anyone I know.
