This is a review not of this specific UPS access point but UPS as a whole. For one, you guys do NOT stick to your word when delivering a package on time. But you like to give my packages to someone who ISN’T me and let them sign for it. I just paid for a phone for it to be given to someone for free which is a huge issue because I had to pay for another to wait 3 more weeks to receive it, if you deliver it to the right person. I have filled a missing package claim and all they had to say was “well it shows here that you signed”. No we didn’t, then they told us they left it with our neighbor. Was it their package? No. This is unbelievable and you should be reliable for the expenses and trouble I have had to go to. Get your act together before you get in some real serious trouble. Do not recommend using UPS to anyone.

Hello, yes you are able to drop the package if you have a pre-paid label provided by the shipper/sender.
