I called and asked about open play and she said nothing about it closing in 30 minutes for a private event. I drove my 1 year old 30 minutes and got turned away the minute we walked in for a private event. You might want to inform customers when they call instead of wasting our time! My toddler cried when we walked out because we couldn’t stay. Please be more courteous and transparent, it’s really not hard.

Had a great experience for my daughter’s 3rd Birthday party today. The play area was a huge hit with the kids ages 2-5. Very clean and the adults loved the options at the cafe. We’ll definitely be back!
