HORRIBLE MANAGER AND STAFF that totally lack in customer service and compassion. Control freaks and manager Holly is patronizing and closed the door on me, banned me from the office and called the cops because she didn't like my bluntness regarding their customer service. By the way, they won't let you near the entrance because of COVID but when the 2 police officers arrived, they both entered the facility and gathered with the staff without masks for about 20 minutes....................imagine that!!!!!! Also did a procedure on my dog's eye and Dr Rodriguez refuses to follow up...........very disappointing to abandon care for your patient because you don't like their owner........ professional negligence!!!!

I was worried about bringing my fur baby here after reading some of these reviews. I am glad I kept my appointment and went. Yes they are curbside but they disclose that over the phone when you schedule the appointment. You call to let them know you are there and what number. They send out the tech to come get your fur baby. The lady was really nice and talked to my boy like he was one of hers. They called after doing the exam to explain what was wrong and the next step. The doctor covered all at home treatment he would need, what meds he would be given, and let me know how much it would all cost before continuing the appointment. Our appointment was at 2 and we were done and leaving by 2:30. We return in 2 weeks for a follow up.

So when you check the Carecredit app and website, it says that this location is a provider with them. But when you call, they say they do not accept Carecredit. I called Carecredit myself & they said that thats false advertisement and they will be calling them. They said they only accept Visa or Mastercards but due to my dog having an emergency, I prefer to use my Carecredit card as I may not have thr amount on my Visa to pay for emergency services. Very disappointing and false advertisement. Not everyone is rolling in dough

Debbie you can call them and they will be happy to try to give you that estimate. I highly recommend Dr. English. He is very good and after his consultation he gives you treatment options with costs. He had to replace a lens on one eye and treat the blind eye so it wouldn't start to swell and uncomfortable. My dog is doing beautifully.

Make sure if you want corrective lens, that you ask for them before the surgery
