Hi Mary Catherine - There's no difference. These are both the 1-gallon Tree & Shrub Insect Control. This product is designed to control listed insects in mature or multiple trees, and does not contain a fertilizer. This product is sold only in 1-gallon size. If you need a quart size, look for 12-month Tree & Shrub Protect & Feed Concentrate (32 oz). The Protect & Feed contains a fertilizer as well as an insecticide. Thanks for asking! Steve
