I had been going here for years. Dr Sharma was great. I then started to have issues with billing. I have insurance claims from over 3 years ago they have not figured out. They consistently mess with my appointments and billing. I spoke to my doctor about it and he gave me a contact information for an office manager and advised me to reach out if any new issues occurred. When it took over 4 days to set my appointment and the office treated me poorly I emailed the contact my doctor gave me and never heard back from him. I have called for an updated bill and never hear back. I have no updates on my insurance claims, what my balance is but they continue to collect a payment from me monthly with no receipts or bills.

I was a patient of Dr. Sharma for over 10 years. He's an awesome M.D. and so are his associates.

The front staff is extremely ignorant and blatantly rude! My mother patiently stood and waited to be checked out while the receptionist turned her back without speaking, walked to assist another receptionist to check people in, and returned to my mother, not apologizing for her actions or rudely walking off WHAT-SO-EVER. She did not do this once or twice, but four times! She is extremely rude because why would you not excuse yourself, apologize, or check out my mother first, as you started with her first, to check-in four white patients. I am so disgusted and this woman needs to be fired NOW. She has not only done this today, but several times before. If you are a nonwhite patient, she will intentionally not process your paperwork, check you out, etc.
