We thought buying a Grand Design was a safe bet. Wrong. We bought a brand new 20222 and the refrigerator is already broke. Apparently there’s a known issue with the fridges they put in them but they fail to tell you that when you’re buying them. Of course it’s under warranty but what a pain it is getting it fixed.If the service department can’t handle the work load of all these campers they are selling then that needs to be disclosed at the time of a purchase decision. Having a brand new camper with a warranty is about useless if it can’t be fixed in a timely manner. We are not real happy with our experience here at all.

We were traveling through and our jack broke on our camper. We got there as they opened and seriously was in and out in one hour and the price they gave us was amazing ! We feel they literally went above and beyond ! Very professional As well as down to earth and friendly !! Highly recommend!!!!

We bought a brand new 2021 Wilderness RV. The back window leaked, light covers fell off, radio improperly wired, side window leaked and seal around bathroom roof vent leaked. All I can say, is that after a year and I don’t know how many trips to have it serviced, the back window leak was fixed but now it is hard to get the window open. We fixed the bathroom vent leak ourselves and will fix the radio situation. We will have a local RV repairman fix the other leaky window. We will no longer deal with the incompetence of their service department.
