You must call first thing in the morning as soon as the clock strikes 8 o'clock. Put the number on speed dial so you can call back when you're hung up on. Be patient and remember that if you hang up you will lose your place. Sorry system but nothing we can do about it. All the best to you.
Currently everything is by appointment and in Orlando. The Kissimmee office is closed due to the pandemic.
