PRO: the work was completed!!! Con: the employee or owner failed to resolve a issue or offer multiple solutions towards making a customer feel satisfied and not cheated. I never received the product but paid in full. Very disappointed 😞 and hope this does not happen to anybody else.

⚠️ Fair warning ⚠️ They have no proof of store policy towards 🙄 picking up a item nor will they do a follow up phone call. Customer service is truly lacking and it's scary since they do good work but no massive action for the client.

SO bad! I had Camila do my hat. Not sure if she is owner or not, if she is, feel bad for anyone that comes here. Not sure how it has so many good reviews.. I got a hat done here for my client with only TWO letters and it wasn’t in the middle and came out crooked. I told her, we were not happy with the job, and asked for a refund or for her to fix it and make a new one. She didn’t care to fix it or make the consumer happy. On top of that, both times I went, she was on the phone speaking with a friend.. Very unprofessional. Thankfully, I found another place where they can get the job done right but now my $30 at this place has gone to waste and I have to pay double to get it done right.

It all depends on how much work is ahead of you that particular day but the timimg ia usually pretty quick. I've never had to wait more than 2 houra to have multiple items done while there were already orders in fronr of me. The cost part of your question, i can't answer because there are other factors that are taken into consideration that you need to discuss with the employee.
Names while you wait, logos take 2-3 hrs to get it done, thanks
U haven't done a jacket pocket yet,but everything that I've ever had done is usually within a shoet time.the longest that I've waited was less than 2 hours and i get multiple things done at a time.
