Loved our comfortable room, great full-service breakfast, friendly front desk folks, comp't bottled water daily (a nice touch). Only disappointment was not being able to use pool or hot tub due to electrical issues that corporate office couldn't seem to get authorized for the hotel. Really?!! Said we could use Comfort Suite's pool next door but their hot tub wasn't working either which we wanted for sore backs after 3 days of driving. Grrrr!

BED BUG ALERT!! I woke up at 5:30 this morning very itchy and when I pulled back the sheets I found a HUGE bedbug. Called the front desk and the lady let me move rooms. I was told the manager would call me when she comes in at 7 but never got a call! Went and checked out around 9:15 and still nobody said ANYTHING!! I was in town on business and will be returning this weekend but NOT HERE!! Now I have to go spend money for dry cleaning and to have all my stuff ran through a heat treatment so I don’t drag any critters home with me! On top of the lack of communication! Ridiculous!

I was so very impressed that I could get such a 5 star quality and service for such a 3 star price. Room was immaculate, service was impeccable and breakfast was restaurant quality... Have recommended to all friends and family...

Our room looked like it was straight out of the 70’s. Half of the lamps didn’t work and/or had stained lamp shades. There were ants in the bathroom despite us eating zero meals or snacks in the room. There was only one trash can in the room which was just irritating more than anything. The sheets on the bed had black scuffs on them, same with the walls around the room. Some of the towels had staining on them. The ac/heating unit in the room barely worked. There was also a square hole in the shower that appeared missing. And on top of all this, the entire hotel smelled like sewage. It’s a shame this establishment gets to claim the Marriott brand.
