Went in for a recent oil change (with my 2019 Hyundai Tucson) and was a little disappointed. I dropped off my car, and once my service was done, I got a text with the recommended additional service I should get, but I didn’t get a video of the multi point inspection like in the past. I had also arranged that during my service appointment (after being contacted by Jen in the sales department prior to my appointment), that a trade in appraisal would be done with the sales department. (an appointment was confirmed). When I came to pick up my car and asked about the trade in appraisal that was supposed to be done, no one knew anything about it, and was just told me to go across the street to get it done. I was disappointed because no one looked into the appointment that I had made for the trade in appraisal that was suppose to occur during my service appointment.

Per the canned response from the dealership, I emailed Mr. Amos, the general manager. I'll update my review if I receive a response. 3 weeks down, no response yet. I'm pretty sure a response is not coming. Original Review: I can't get an appointment to have our car looked at for two months. It's our only vehicle and I'm worried we may be causing more damage by continuing to drive it. Stew Hansen suggested I could rent a car for two months. She said her manager would call me to discuss, but a phone call never came. It's a possible warranty issue, so we don't even have the option to have it serviced at a non-dealership unless we want to give up the warranty. I called Hyundai corporate to see what our options are and they indicated this is pretty normal with their dealerships. She tried saying it was due to parts shortages. I understand how that could affect how long it will take to fix a car, but they can't even look at it for two months because of a parts shortage? Seems odd.

I highly recommend working with Trey Burkhall on your next car purchase at Hyundai. I had hit a deer and totaled my car so was in need of a car quickly. No, you don't. Our service drive can get pretty busy, so having an appointment is recommended, especially during the weekend.
