Evidently the pet policy is out of control at this store. I watched 5 different people walk in and out of this store with pets while I was going inside. Neither of the animals had service collars/vests and some of them were jumping around all over. If you are going to only allow service animals, then please enforce it. Otherwise, just take the no pets allowed sign off your front door.

Horrible customer service. Building material people could care less about selling something. Had to go out in the yard and find what I needed. Picked up a air purifier and had some general questions about the unit..filters..etc. the guy that was working in the department didn't even know. Then I go to get some 4X4s in the yard ask the lady that's working the check your load place where the saw is so I can get them cut to length and she didn't even know where the saw was. The kid that was in the yard said they were outside. Nope after 15 min of driving around the yard he comes up and says they are inside. HORRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. Been coming here for YEARS.

I like it because it is more a hardware store than the popular home centers. Very big store with good electrical and lumber sections, as well as tools, paint, and lawn equipment.

They will not deny your animal entry however they aren't supposed to let any animals other than service animals into the store due to the food products they sell.
Lowes might have some better prices but it’s more of a store for appliances tools and decor. Hands down its Menard’s for quality and quality especially building materials.
A window that size would be available through special order. 2-4 weeks for delivery.
