Positive: I love that there was onsite parking. The staff was friendly. Wasn't a 100% sure about check-out, breakfast, or fine details. I did like that there was an onsite laundry room. Free internet. You could take drinks up from the connected restaurant. Negative: Only one washer and dryer in the laundry room and they weren't well kept. The entrances were kinda weird at first but manageable. Defintely needs a little touching up and upkeep. otherwise great hotel. Iron in the room was broken.

Positive: Easy to check in and get checked out. Was very easy to find as well. Great amount of parking! Negative: Very loud. You could hear everything going on outside, and we had these really weird blinds that let in all the light from lamp posts outside the restaurant attached to the hotel, made it very hard to fall asleep for a family who sleeps in very dark rooms

Hotel was nice. Beds are comfy. Breakfast is good. Blaine Gaston the assistant manager is so awesome and extremely accommodating. Would def recommend staying here while in Manhattan!

That was the worst experience I have ever had. A spotlight shinning in our rooms all night and the view was the roof of the restaurant. Just a terrible experience. The hotel was not full. We could have had a different room. Those 2 rooms have to be the worst rooms in the Hotel.
