Toilet was broken, breakfast was mediocre and the pool was small and loud other than that, a good price for good location. Probably most underwhelming Marriot experience, I expected more.

The staff at front desk was really nice as well as the housekeepers except for one. She was extremely rude and just overall hateful. She gave me and my children multiple dirty looks and I even overheard her on the phone with someone talking badly on my children (I understand children don’t always listen to their parents and they can get out of hand sometimes but that doesn’t give anyone the right to speak on someone else’s children especially in a public work place) when I walked by the room she was in to ask for some extra towels. After hearing her conversation I gave up and went to find another housekeeper and was able to get help elsewhere. I think as management you should be more mindful of the people you’re hiring. I definitely wouldn’t want a hateful person like that to work for me especially in a work place where great customer service should be ABSOLUTELY A MUST. She wasn’t wearing a name tag but the name on her cart was Jade (don’t know if it was hers or she was using someone else’s). Please, as management, do something to fix that woman’s behavior or something. Absolutely unnecessary and unacceptable. I won’t be staying anymore as long as she’s employed there.

I gave this a one because the front desk gal was nasty and racist. I say this because I came in and asked if they have vacancies because according to online they did and when I went in she told me that there was no vacancies but then there's a couple that came in behind me that did not have a reservation the same as I but she told them that she had room so I thought that that was really unfair and nasty so I don't think that I would ever stay at one of or again at this hotel and I really think that they need to address this front desk staff and give her some more training on diversity and being a good customer service rep for this company.

OK, if you're like me, sleeping in a hotel is always rough. The beds just aren't as nice as home. That is until I stayed here. This is the first hotel that had a bed I could sleep on without waking up sore and tired. Fairfield Inn nailed it! They also had a decent continental breakfast. The hotel was clean and quiet.
