Rest Area Eastbound

The restrooms are clean, stocked, and working. This is a great pit stop to take a break from driving to stretch your body, wake up, and take in some beautiful scenery. Behind the bathroom on the right side is a little bridge over a stream. Soothing and pretty. The historical sign is great. The sunflower sculpture is really pretty. Don't miss this stop if you need a break. It's worth it.

This rest area was very dark and did not make me feel safe as a woman. My husband walked me to the door waited walked me back to the truck locked me in and then he went because it made him very uneasy.

Leo Toms

One of the better places to stop along I-70 in Kansas. Lots of trees and greenery - I stayed overnight, but I imagine it would be a great spot to stretch your legs and have a picnic during the day. It's peaceful. Bathrooms were okay - nothing amazing, but they work fine. Definitely recommend this one overall.

One of the most interesting rest areas I’ve stopped at - behind it there is a small wobbly foot bridge that crosses a beautiful steam and in the other side there is an abandoned rest area overgrown with trees and trails off into the surrounding woods. It has a weird feeling to the place but is very peaceful rest stop. The bathrooms were ok but not great.
