Positive: It was a great hotel for the money! The pool area was a great place to hang out. Although the hotel is a little dated, it was very clean and the staff were wonderful! I would stay there again.

The pictures for the hotel were misleading. The entire hotel smells if chlorine and mildew due to the centrally-located swimming pool. There were no towels for the pool both days our children swam. Our hotel room came with three towels for four people. The damp room was quite disgusting. There was no coffee available in the morning. All in all, I would not recommend this hotel. You'll be more comfortable elsewhere.

The hotel is ok. It's a little run down, but adequate. The restaurant food was better than I expected. I ordered steak medium and it was perfect. The bartender was very charming and provided excellent service. The cleaning staff was nice and front desk very helpful. The bed was comfortable. With 2 years of limited travelers and staffing shortages I would say it was a 7 out of ten. To get back to Sheraton standards they are going to need to pony up a few upgrades. Better lighting and freshen the decor. The staff and service was a 10.

Rooms were decently kept, the box spring liner was dirty as were the curtains. As well as the chair for our desk being sticky and ripped. The pool was murky as was the hot tub, which was almost brown, the bubbles broken, and had weird sediment on the bottom. Kids were incredibly loud and unruly the whole time the pool was open which wouldn't be an issue but we were right beside the pool which is in the center of the hotel. But with spring break I'm not surprised. The bathroom floors were INSANELY slippery and both my partner and I almost ate it multiple times. As well as there being no towel racks anywhere. The weights room was humid, dirty, and all the equipment was broken beyond use, the weights racks cord was snapped, none of the touch screens worked. But the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful the entire stay. I'm grateful at least for that. All in all not an awful stay by any means just disappointing.

Interesting. Didn't know that. Great location by Wildcat Creek (with the exception of the recent flood, of course.) Has trails that are adjacent to North end of parking lot to walk and runs close to the back of the Manhattan City Zoo.
