Been going here for years now. ALWAYS have the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Very Helpful STAFF Always!!! NO PROBLEMS!!! Even with long lines... They get us IN and OUT! I'm always here!

I’m usually pleased with the service here but my last visit has me in a state of total disbelief!!!! On 8/16/2022 I dropped off a package intended for an out of town customer. Left it WRAPPED and sealed with an attendant, got my ticket indicating that I indeed left something with the carrier (as usual) …no big deal, right? Days later I notice that the item never moved from the location. I called UPS in Earth City then decided to call the drop off location. I was told that the tracking information updated about an hour before I placed the call but that’s not the information I got on my end. Finally the app I used canceled the transaction due to the amount of time the package spent going nowhere. At that point my item was considered “lost”, therefore I was compensated in the amount I would have been paid had the transaction been successful. Not really a loss for me but apparently the UPS location has someone who is incompetent, untrustworthy or both working for them. I doubt I’ll be using this location again in the future.

You can't call them, all you get is a voice mail box that says it's full then hangs up on you. Very frustrating!!

The store always closes EARLIER than what they supposed to, I get off work at 6pm and run to UPS, store should close at 6:30pm but this past two days were closed at 6:27pm and 6:28pm yeah 1 minute makes a difference!! I literally saw the guy closing the door and walking inside, I called the store number but he ignored the call, voicemail was full, ugh!
