I was in this store this AM and there was a line of about 8 people including myself when this man walked with a large box. The employee Jim said "next" The man proceeded to the counter when a lady said "he is not next". I then proceeded to say something about the man jumping line when we all had been waiting patiently.Jim the said " FORGET ABOUT WHAT SHE IS SAYING AND COME ON UP" I was so surprised that I replied "yeah just forgot about what I'm saying " EVERYONE in line just looked at me in disbelieve.I have spent the next hours feeling some kind of way that Jim would just act like myself or other's didn't matter. That was very hurtful with him telling another customer not to pay any attention to me voicing my legitimate concerns. Jim KNEW that this man had just come thru the door and we all had been waiting and for him to say that was very inconsiderate and whether rude

Charged $300 to ship a tumbler to Japan, they I put the incorrect address and contents so the box was stuck in customs and nobody notified us of the problems. I had to call for any info and reach out to Japanese customs myself to fix the issues. I paid for express shipping and the box showed 2 weeks later. I only found out after the fact that this particular UPS store is purposely inflating prices and taking advantage of customers. Absolutely do not go to this location if you expect acceptable customer service.

Posted for my friend Albert Haim, who doesn’t have a Google Account: “I recently purchased an antique Tesla coil (electrical device that produces very high voltage) from a seller halfway across the country. The 110-year-old coil is large and very heavy, yet with many fragile parts and protuberances. The seller was unwilling to pack or ship it, but agreed to drop it off at a local shipper. Because of positive experiences under similar circumstances in the past, I wanted to employ the services of a UPS Store, and the seller chose Store #2694 in Shiloh due to convenience of location. The personnel at #2694 responded quickly to e-mail correspondence, and agreed to pack the coil and ship it by freight on a pallet. They kindly informed me of every stage in the process. The coil arrived several days later in an enormous, sturdy outer box attached to the pallet. The coil was inside a second box, with an enormous amount of high-quality packing material in between the two, and protecting the coil inside its box. Almost needless to say, the coil survived the journey without the slightest damage. The freight truck driver was friendly and helpful, and set the pallet down where I wanted it. Thus, I can highly recommend UPS Store #2694 for packing, and shipping or freighting difficult items, for working efficiently at a location remote from the client, and for friendly and rapid communication at all times.”

Didn’t catch the guys name, but the customer service was awesome. Amazon wasn’t going to refund us for a product we tried returning. The guy at this UPS advocated and talked to the amazon customer service on our behalf. Wasn’t his battle but he saved us a lot of money! Thank you!
