Very bad service No answering phone it’s to much questions on the phone . She put me for hold 30min. There doors closed the saying open 7 am to 7 pm she told me .

Receptionist called me by my first name without asking me it’s ok.. then she became defensive when I told her to call nd by my last name . I had an 9 am appointment but waited over 35 minutes before getting called to get the MRI . The tech was rude to me the entire time . My friend Dr White told me to come to you and your establishment was always punctual and professional which is of course not true ! I won’t ever come back no second chances with me !!

Late opening we were told to be here 15 minutes early . We were told 7:30 and 7:00 for our appointment time. Slow check in process then had to sit and listen to employees complain about scheduling and coworkers. Not pleased
