Zero claims in 7 years. Zero tickets or accidents in 7 years. Loyal customer for 8 years. Great credit and automatic payments set up. Yet my bill has increased every year!! So I went online and got some other quotes. I was quoted $58 for PROGRESSIVE for the EXACT policy I'm paying $151 a month for! This is how you treat your customers. I'm over it and I will be finding a new company today!

So far so good with having the insurance, but there is no live face to face service that I have been able to find. I thought I had completed everything online then they send call of this paper through the mail that I have to sort through and figure out.

Yes, but this location is a claims center not an agency where auto insurance can be purchased. There are agents in the area that may sell you Progressive auto insurance, however.
