Since Ben the owner has left .......This park has gone downhill no maintence guy and no park manager ever here. She is just a Pawn in this corporate Web. Nobody knows who owns the park some corporation I think in NY a bunch of greedy lawyers only interest is to make money. No amenities at all. Now since the new owners we pay Water ,Sewage ,Trash I am just waiting for road repair maybe they can clean the street has not happened in 6 years since I have been here.

They really went through the entire park and updated every trailer with new ones. Looks way different than it did 10 years ago!

I'm sorry to say that Brookside Mobile Estates has been sold. The new owners immediately raised the lot fees quite a bit. They do not answer any phone calls or call back for any maintenance issues. Absolutely no communication from them other than receiving letters in the mail about raising fees. This place was the best with the old owners, however, the new owners are horrendous.

The entry is a bit tricky. Driving north of Bethany Rd. On route 35 stay to the right. When you see a big yellow sign that spells out "gold" turn into driveway then you will see the entry set back and next to the gold place.

They allow dogs. But I believe there is a restriction to the size of the dog. I'm sorry, but I don't know what the size limit is.
Yes
Approximately $60,000. Then there's about $950 a month lot fee.
I had trouble when paying on my phone. Ok now. Peter Psillas
From my knowledge yes. You can call the office and inquire.
I enjoyed the park when i first moved in very convenient to all stores but management is not good and owner listens to rumors but does not investigate. I have an emotional support puppy thats a year and half it is 45 lbs and they are trying to evict me that is a cold owner
There is natural gas ran to every mobile home. There are natural gas fired hot air furnaces in the mobile homes. The mobile homes are brand new. They have no problem staying warm no matter how cold it gets outside.
