Not much of a "park," just a nice beach access with restrooms, a few benches and a station for rinsing beach sand off your body and beach equipment. Unfortunately, the restrooms were closed for painting and maintenance during the recent three day weekend. Real genius move.

No. There are restrooms, water fountain, and outdoor showers for rinsing off sand from the beach
