Chris in this store is AMAZING. We are from CT and needed more discontinued flooring to complete our kitchen project, we'd already gotten 7 boxes from another LL location out of state and paid a lot for shipping to do so, but sadly needed even more... Chris at this location confirmed his store had it, but it's a 2 hour drive each way which isn't really doable, and we did not want to ship it freight and pay another $200+ for said shipping. Chris worked with us and shipped it Fedex this morning, it'll be here tomorrow. Thank you Chris, for making a stressful project a little less stressful!!!

Worst customer service. The associate seems like he is having a miserable time at work. We needed some help with amount of material needed and he was extremely rude. The company should hold some customer service training classes.

Horrible experience using LL. They installed a floor in my basement, including leveling the site with concrete. Within two days, it was clear they had not leveled the floor appropriately and the floor began to expand and buckle. They fixed it, but in about 2 weeks the same issue came back. At that point they began to hide behind their product warrant and installer warranty and refused to fix the floor. They dragged me on for four months with trying to provide a resolution, but ultimately told me they could not cover anything. Incredibly poor customer experience - slow response time. Do not use!

Looked at a bunch of stores online and in person and Lumber Liquidators was the best value and selection.Everyone was very nice from purchasing to pick up. This location closes at 7 pm, with my work schedule the only time I could come was 630. I showed up without help ( I'm 5'1" with no muscle) and Ryan ( I hope I remember his name right) was extremely helpful. He helped me load the flooring (by help I mean did 90% of work) with a smile even though it was the end of his work day and I probably prolonged his closing process. They also offer a 30 day price match for their sales in case you didn't buy enough which is nice. Was recommended here by a friend and will def be using them for future projects. Thanks Ryan!
