Why are the weekend hours still only open until 4? During Covid that was maybe okay but really. No gym should close that early.

I’ve seen this club from the highway for awhile and when I finally was in the market for a new gym I decided to go in for a tour. No one was at the front desk when I walked in and I stood at the front desk for 10 mins while an employee sat on a FaceTime call over to the right at the welcome/trainer desks. After he saw me waiting for 10 mins and did nothing I gave myself a tour. Yup he let me walk back into the gym area and I just gave myself a tour. The gym was old and I didn’t like the layout but even if I wanted to sign up no one was even around to help me with that. I’ve worked out at gyms all of the country and never had this bad of an experience

It has most of most of what it takes to remain or become fit. Well stocked gym is well attended. I am a swimmer and the large pool is a god send. Most gyms on the Boston area do not have pools as they are expensive and require a lot of attention. BSC does a good job in maintenance with up to date water dumbells and other paraphernalia for the pool. BSC has closed several of their Gyms during the pandemic, but the Woburn club has stayed open because its well managed.

rejoined as a alumni and was offered 1 free guest per month irregardless of their status. 25 bucks a month but no dues until the second month. I brought the same guest twice but only once a month. This woburn bsc is extremely dishonest and keeps illegally charging me 15 dollars which is more than half a month membership. I talked to management that gave me the same dishonest excuse "that is not how our guest policy works". My contract says otherwise. I also have the email with the time stamp proving the offer and me accepting it in July 2021. I recommend BSC fires this manager and the staff that continue more than twice to illegally charge members and long time members since 2009.
