This apartment complex is by far the best i’ve lived in so far. The leasing agents are always so kind and always go above and beyond for us and all other residents. Just to name a few, Erika, Ashley, Micheal and Jessica are always more than happy to help with whatever we need. Sometimes we just pop in just to say hi just because they are so friendly! I love seeing them around the apartment complex. Even the maintenance team is great! They are quick, they come out within a few days of problems popping up. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone who needs a home in the area!

The staff are friendly…..BUT TOO MANY ADDITIONAL FEES. They CHARGE you to PARK your car in a REGULAR parking spot (NOT RESERVED, just ANY available parking spot), imagine if you had to pay to park in YOUR OWN DRIVEWAY or at Walmart or Target lol. You also HAVE to PAY a $100 COMMUNITY FEE…..for “UPKEEP / IMPROVEMENTS AND MAINTAINING THE COMMUNITY” on TOP of the RENT. 😱 Last I checked when RENTING an APARTMENT, the MAINTAINING of the COMMUNITY was INCLUDED or it DETERIORATES and YOU end up living in a WORN DOWN GHETTO. Like I said the staff is very nice, but TOO MANY RIDICULOUS FEES 💰 😢

I want to be fair so I am basing this rating on the 7 months I was there. I could talk about the lack of guidance at our move in, the leak from the apartment above and so many other little nuisances, but the biggest disappointment was being charged for wear and tear on the walls. Basically, they have to paint and they charged us for that. I have never in all my life had to pay for paint. Especially because some of those little nicks might have been done by the equipment from the leak. What a shame, and I really wished I would have taken pictures when I moved in. Well, we did pay, but I certainly do not think that was fair. If you are moving here, please take photos and report everything to the office.
