Service is always consistent and reliable. This week my route driver saw me raking my yard and had two bags of debris and stopped his truck and offered to help with handling the bags and tossing them in his truck, saving me a trip to the dump. Thank you!

The customer service really has gone downhill recently. Every now and then the driver does not empty our trash can completely. Yesterday my husband called and the woman he spoke with told him she would need to get the drivers side of the story. When he said there was no story and no sides, our trash was not dumped correctly into the truck she hung up on him. When I called she felt the need to make the excuse that the clamps that pick up the can squeeze it and can prevent everything from falling out of the can and to put my trash can back in my garage and wait for next week's pick-up. I paid for a service which was not performed correctly. It is not my fault if the "clamps" that pick up the trash can "squeeze" it so that trash can't fall out (sorry her example of if you squeeze a watermelon wasn't right - "if you squeeze a watermelon you don't get any melon it get's stuck" ) then they need weaker clamps or perhaps the driver didn't tip the can all the way far enough? If I had another company in Libby I would switch immediately. Considering dropping them and just hauling my trash to the dump (for free) myself.
