Was a very comfortable stay, didnt have a fridge or microwave in my room but was quickly assisted by house staff who brought one to me. One elevator was only working during my saturday night stay but wasnt too much of an issue for me. The bathroom in my room was very nice with a non sliding half wall glass door on the shower with a lot of space! Beds were clean , TV channels / multiple Wifi's, heated pool , a very nice bar / restraunt with great and friendly staff. The front desk staff were also very pleasant. There was a new guy who didnt even seem to be new because he was doing a great job very helpful and friendly. Greatly decorated and spacious entrance , a welcoming environment i highely recommend staying here. I will be returning this Saturday hoping for the same stay.

The place was just OK. Room was simple, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was dated, missing lights and the shower was but a trickle. There were many large groups staying this past weekend which made sleeping a real challenge with what sounded as parties going on until 2:30 AM. What really was irresponsible was the fact that you could not access the elevator for long periods of time due to the coming and going of the large groups. Management had no presence in the lobby and it was chaos since there were only two elevators. Had we known this, we would have stayed elsewhere.

Nice sized room. Cozy chair & footrest, + nice swivel office chair. Small clean bathroom. Mattress was comfortable, but 'blanket' was paper thin. It was terribly uncomfortable to sleep with it. They really need to provide a thicker blanket! Also, shower has an interesting setup. No door, & lots of water ends up outside on the bathroom floor. Also can't turn it on without actually being in the shower already, so need to quickly move lever to hot, though I still got cold water on me. Not exactly pleasant. Otherwise very nice, courteous staff. Lots of conference rooms etc. There are some couches & armchairs strewn throughout the 1st & 2nd floors to sit on if needed, though it's extremely noisy when lots of people are downstairs.
