Very average with overpriced rooms. Pool is tiny. Restaurant/bar is closed. No hot tub/spa of any kind. Stayed at a Holiday Inn Express 3 weeks ago for more than half the cost with all the same amenities but a larger pool AND a hot tub. Same twin queen beds with larger bathrooms. Not impressed with anything other than it is right in the middle of everything. Great restaurants close by (Thank god)

It was ok. Decent hotel for the area. Beds are horrible. Hard, you can feel the springs. The place is old. Needs an update. Barely any TV channels, old worn, dirty remote. You can hear people talking and of course having sex all day and night in the rooms next to you. I was there a few days. Some days there was no breakfast at all. Just some disgusting "coffee", other days terrible cheap pastries. They just don't care. How hard is it to get a carafe of decent coffee for your guests?! There's no effort put into anything. The main area is nice (actually it just has nice carpeting so it looks nice) but that's solely because it's also a banquet hall for events. The hotel is an afterthought. And for $200/night you'd expect more, especially in Danbury CT, a nowhere town. There's also absolutely nothing in the area but a McDonald's....ajd you can't even walk to it because of COVID, no walk ins. It's either that if Mill Ridge, the housing project road that borders the hotel. Not the kind of place you want to wander to. Not that there's anything there either. The front desk was ok/friendly enough, not really good or bad. They just did their job. Which is fine, I don't need to be best friends. Just check me in quickly. Honestly it's a place to stay for a night but for the price I'd find a better place next time. There are dozens of hotels in that town. Even though I hope to never go there again.

Staying here is just okay. Rooms are outdated and plain, especially for the price you may pay. Bathroom was clean and the room was clean overall. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and stiff though so it hurt my back. The front desk is kind and even checked us in early which was appreciated. Visible staff cleaning and managers are walking around ensuring things are in order. Hallway carpets have an old smell to it. The pool is pretty small but at least it's there. Breakfast is some fruits and bread. Multiple conference rooms and the lobby looks a lot more updated than the rooms. Lots of parking.

Positive: Nice lobby and pool area. Negative: Room AC didn't work well at all. Shower head was loose and floppy with inconsistent water pressure. Pool was closed one day. Some entry doors into the hotel did not work. Elevator didn't work well/took a very long time to operate.
