Clean. Easy on/off the highway. Very clean. Scout groups offer coffee/donuts for free. Tons of tables. Areas for grilling, picnicing, dogs, etc. Has portapotties.

Very Clean bathrooms! Good selection on snacks and beverages. Pepsi, Starbucks & sweet tea. Grounds were pleasant and well maintained.

22 Parking spots available 4 semi, not very accommodating for anything over 48 ft., very tight if full. 16 4 car with trailer/rv be great if they had them for semi also. Need to improve for now a days truck length. Restrooms and landscaping nice.

Thanks to the staffing issues at a nearby Dunkin (see separate review) I was in desperate need of a comfort stop. This was well landscaped and beautiful for a welcome center. The bathroom was clean and acceptable. Paper towel dispenser, water saving flush option, garbage near the door for protected handle disposal and full soap dispenser. What more could you ask for (toilet seat covers but still). I was grateful to pee here and would pee here again. Follow me for more on the places I've been and the places I've gone.🤭

It is CT-Wide policy presently, I believe. Annoying too, since other businesses are closed nearby at night too.
The communist governor Malloy is destroying this state
I have no idea, but the state apparently doesn't have the funding to keep the "Welcome Center" open from 2:30pm to 7:30am. Welcome to CT folks
So much for being a welcome center. Something about the Governor and budget cuts.
