staff is terrible. They will make you wait months for openings then hours when you show up and will cancle your spot if one minute past their 15 minute cutoff. go to any other DMV. if you have to wait month's anyway might as well be for a place that has better people.

If you are an H2B go elsewhere. I went to them to renew my driver's license. They sent me home or to immigration to give me an employment authorization card!!!!!!! . I explained to them that with my H2B work visa I don't need a that card. I asked to speak to a supervisor (in my case Duane) and he has no idea what H2B is. A week later, another DMV in Bridgeport I renewed my driver's license with the same documents. I solved it in 10 minutes. The same documents !!!!

I hope they stick with the appointments bc it is so much more organized and much quicker! My appt was at 9:20, I was greeted at the door by the officer/guard. I stood outside for less than a minute when he allowed me in. I checked in w/ the person at the door with my booking#, was given a ticket w/ a number, told where to sit and I only waited about 15min before I was called. The DMV worker was very polite, helped me efficiently and was very pleasant to deal with. She was able to get my transaction completed within just a couple of minutes and I was on my way! Although they never have all the windows filled w/ workers and it seems to move much slower than it appears it should, this was the quickest, easiest, most organized, pleasant visit I've ever had at the DMV. Def works to have it so organized w/ appointments.

I’m beyond upset with DMV today. I made an appointment to come at 11:10 am, and I had to wait over an hour outside, standing and in the cold. What’s the point of making an appointment if we will have to wait? Plus, there are senior citizens here that also had to wait standing in crutches and etc and were not even offered any assistance or accommodation. Not mention another hour and a half we had to wait inside before speaking to someone. This is not right!!!
