We stayed in the Arcadian ll condo -14F, it was well very appointed and comfortable. The building location is perfectly located right on the beach, so you don’t have to lug your beach gear very far past the lovely pool area. The condo is a corner unit, so it allows for wonderful breezes and the sound of the ocean to flow in. Access to restaurants are a quick ride to the strip. I highly recommend the newly opened Clearwater Oyster bar. Ask for a patio seat and watch the boats go up and down the ICW, the food is outstanding along with the service. I worked with Frank to book our condo, he is very responsive, helpful and patient as I tried to navigate the rental process. All me not him!! If/When we go back to Myrtle Beach this would be my choice place again!

I just returned from Myrtle Beach and I stayed in Unit 8D. The rooms looked like the website and super spacious. The housekeeping staff did this unit a DISSERVICE!! The bathroom floors were filthy with grit and dirt. Also the main bedroom bedspread was filled with stains. I put it in the closet and went to Walmart to buy blankets so my family could be comfortable. The living room curtains were rigged with a cord and did not close properly. My family and I also got locked out of the Unit because we locked the door knob handle. The Day One directives should clearly state DO NOT USE the doorknob lock. Well I call the 800 # for assistance and spent 1/2 hour proving I had reservations and I was the occupant for this unit. The manager came 1/2 hour later to let us in. Total time of 1 hour before gaining entry. I would return to this Unit if I received a guarantee of its cleanliness. Overall my family had a good time. I also wish there were additional toilet paper (1 more roll) and additional towels.
