Online ordering shuts down often so you can't use most coupons and they dont offer the same deals as online. For example the mix and match 5.99 you can order specialty pizzas for 3.00 more online but this is not offered over the phone so a medium specialty pizza is 12.99 instead of 8.99. Also if you remove a topping online you can add another for no extra charge. Over the phone you cannot. Generally you will spend 25% or more ordering over the phone then you would ordering online. So is the online ordering being turned off to make more money? Seems like it happens at this particular location much more frequently than others.

Dislike their advertising program, pizza is ok, but just ok, nowhere close to great.

When I called in my order the guy didn't tell me I had to go around and pick it up at the window. After waiting about 45 minutes I walked to the window and asked did they do curbside delivery they told me oh we don't offer curbside delivery you have to get in line and go thru the drive thru. He could have told me to pick it up at the drive thru. At least the posta bowl was good.

I’ve ordered twice once over the phone , once online got there and never did I ever receive my pizzas. They tell me they haven’t even started on them and it was over 30 minutes once it was over a hour the other time. I drove over 30 minutes to pick it up and we ending up having to go some were else to get food. I’ve never seen a place like this before. If I could have given them zero stars I would have. This store obviously needs new management and employees cause someone’s not doing their jobs.
