The store has an amazing sell team yes, don’t let this distract you from the overall experience, every time I’ve been in this store there has only been one person working and with multiple customers. So it has taken me at least a hour minimum to even pay a simple phone bill. (I suggest a kiosk to pay phone bills without having to wait for a employee. If they had a simple kiosk I would have rated 4 out 5 stars. If they had more staff plus a kiosk they woulda got a whopping 5 out of 5 stars!)

I visit this store often because it is close to my home. When I go Im always able to get what I need or get help with my phone. The staff members are super friendly and Carl is often a good help.

Carl done an amazing job! I was a Cspire customer for 30+ years and they would not help me buy a new phone. I went over to Verizon and spoke with Carl and now I am a Verizon customer. Thanks Carl!

The new management is fantastic! They really try and help you get whatever you need done! Friendly people, decently will be coming back
