Always Extremely slow. Wait times are terrible. Once seen it goes quick.

This place is awful. Went in and was told to go home and they would text me when it’s time to come back (5 hours later) but 5 hours came and went and nobody texted me. So I called and was told ‘oh the girl who said she would text you went home’ what ?? I guess nobody else could have done that? So I come back in and was told 5 minutes to get results of a rapid strep test. 45 minutes later I had to get someone. Maybe the person who was going to give me the results went home? Then they say 2 days for the full panel of tests to come back. 4 days later I’m still waiting. Worst health care facility I’ve ever been to.

Very kind nurses and doctors. Very understanding of my medical state. Definitely recommend here if you have social anxiety or are not good with people.

Great service! All the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding of what I was there for! Definitely will be returning if/when I break my foot again!

Hello Patty, the law passed by Congress requires all group health plans and individual health insurance coverage to cover testing and associated visits related to the diagnosis of the COVID-19 during the emergency period. This law will not apply to some types of private coverage sold to individuals. For specific information about your coverage, we recommend calling your carrier directly.
Walk in and wait, and wait, and wait, and wait
You can walk in, but they want everyone to pay their first appointment out of pocket
This is Google help community, not the clinic.
