We used to live this store. More and more often now they are not keeping things in stock (not that they can't, I can order the same things online with no issues). And their customer service is going downhill. I bought a shaker cup, only$7. When my hubby went to use it a few days later he noticed the spout was split and leaked every time he tried to drink. We didn't keep the receipt because we didn't expect to have any issues with it. I took it in and asked for an exchange. They wouldn't do it without a receipt! The shaker even had the store logo on it!
