Phenomenal! The most professional, calming, and thorough massage service I have ever enjoyed. My two hour Swedish massage covered my back, neck, and limbs. Charlie was friendly, kind, and dug deeply into my muscle tension. I woke up feeling the most refreshed and relaxed I've felt in years. 100% worth booking an appointment. You absolutely won't be disappointed!

If you have/ want your massages to be covered by insurance… DO NOT COME HERE! The reason I’m rating so low is because of the management at Good Life Massage. I have nothing bad to say about the massage therapists. When I originally set my appointments, I made sure to ask if they took my insurance, which they reassured me that I would be booked with a therapist who was in-network for Regence. I received 3 massages by Sam (which were all great) before I received the bill from insurance that said I would have to pay more than my copay (which is what I have always paid for massages) because Sam was not an in-network provider. Thinking this was some big misunderstanding, I called the front desk at Good Life who reported that Sam is currently listed as an in-network provider and the front desk directed me to email the Good Life Massage administrator/ manager Teresa Araucto. The response I received from Teresa was “we are working with Regence to get all of our therapists as IN NETWORK”. This is absolutely inappropriate. I was flat out lied to about what service I would receive and now I have a significantly larger bill than if I had seen a provider that was in-network. I would have never agreed to go to Good Life Massage had I known they did not have ACTIVE therapists who were covered by my insurance. I reached out to the Good Life Massage owner Amy Gunn to report this inappropriate behavior and demand reimbursement. Her first response was that I am misunderstanding what my insurance covers (despite having the same insurance for 10 years) and that I would have owed them MORE if I had actually seen a provider that was in-network. After explaining to her my benefits (again) and attaching my plan coverages and demanding to be reimbursed for the amount I should have been charged, I have yet to receive a response back. I have filed a complaint with my insurance to note that this company lies about their in-network providers. I wanted to pass along my terrible experience to save another soul from a large, unplanned bill like I am now facing.

JoAnn Ly's ashiatsu is probably the best massage of my entire life. If I had to move up to Bellingham you better believe I'd be driving to Renton once a month for one of her massages. Incredible

I'm happy! I haven't had any problems and I've gone a few times now. I asked for someone in network through phone call. They picked Charlie for me and scheduled me. They sent me intake forms through email which I filled out on my phone. I brought them a copy of my Referral and they billed me appropriately. I schedule online now that I figured out how to do it so it's pretty easy for me. I can cancel easily ahead of time, too. I don't see anyone else but Charlie who is a sweetheart. He read my intake form the first time and repeated everything to me to ask me if that was correct. He continues to ask me what I'd like to focus on each session or if we should just do the normal. I find Charlie very professional. I worried at first since he is a male but I have had no problems at all. I feel comfortable voicing my opinions about the massage and always leave feeling much better than when I came. I didn't realize just how much pain and tension I still carry even after PT. Charlie is always recommending ways to improve this outside of massage, too. I would recommend this place to anyone. :) And thank you, Charlie and staff!
