Yes the pharmacy is open on Sunday but with reduced hours.
You need to download the smiths app and make an account with your shoppers card. Then all you have to do is clip the coupons before you shop

I have never seen dates for upcoming case lot sales. Only suggestions would be to download the Smiths app to keep up with sales or the Wednesday Daily Interlake
They do not sell them that way. They do however typically have the best fruit in town. If the fruit is in season the Apple Barrel is where I would check for canning needs.
