The funny thing about all of these negative reviews is this. In all my time having been under MVP, I've only ever had problems with them when I've failed to pay my bills on time or entirely. As long as I'm on top of my payments, I'm receiving the cheapest power in the north west. It makes sense their power cost is minimal compared to the fees. If you were compliant and met the terms of the agreement you agreed upon, you'd save a fortune. Great customer service. Amazing hard working staff. Managing more land and lines than your typical company in a far larger radius, with far fewer people and far less money involved.

Might as well hook up a hydroelectric generator to my bath tub because at least the water company is good people working, I would rather give them the business

The rudest people not to mention they want to argue with you when they get information incorrect. Unfortunately you cannot go anywhere else. They have a monopoly on Polson customers. This service is much higher than I had living in Somers. Please Flathead Electric come in this area and give them some competition!

The worst power company I've ever dealt with. Although their power can be less expensive their rules and regulations to do help their customers and users.
