Any employee of the BPU that I have been in contact with has been professional and knowledgeable. Our community is fortunate to have such a dedicated utility.

Garbage pickup on Lakeview Avenue on1-28-22 was terrible. Don’t understand why some bins were picked up and others weren’t. Lids were closed and put on the terrace.

New garbage rules are a joke. Lid raised like 4 inches and they don’t take it.

Have to purchase your own trash cans but they provide recycle bins or at least they use to
Visit the website: https://www.jamestownbpu.com/ Current water flushing show's up as an alert banner at the top of the screen which is where the next location is posted (You can subscribe to those alerts as well to sign up for email or text messages). If your area isn't next/shown on the alert banner you can check the map to see the schedule https://www.jamestownbpu.com/241/Water-Main-Flushing Falconer is currently scheduled to start at 8pm this Thursday
Good question but sadly i dont think so as i not seen any deals just prices raising
No there isn't
There isn't really a good way to estimate outage duration since it could be different for every house and every outage. Crews work quickly to find and correct problems but it does take time. Best to call the utility to report your power is out if all your neighbors are in power or check back in with them in a few hours if your power remains out
Yes just go to directly to the office and give name and address
Hi Patricia i understand Call the BPU and explain what you're dealing with.Im sure they can help your situation.
Its no longer city policy to plow sidewalks.
You've probably already found the answer to your question by now, but in case anyone else happens upon your question with the same inquiry. The BPU brush dump is located on Monroe street, past Weitsman, on the left side of the street.
