Customer Service is the absolute worst! they don't help you, they repeat information from a screen like robots and never answer your questions. Then they transfer your call to another department that never picks up. PPL should be ashamed of the horrible customer service they provide to their CUSTOMERS.

My wife has COPD and asthmatic she has two machines one is abuteral and one them pumps air for oxygen is there a program for the electric bill she uses it every day and I can't keep up with the bills
