I have used Webster Electric most of my life. I have had nothing but smooth experiences with them. There customer service is awesome, I would like to brag on the guy in charge of the tree cutting crews. He was really accommodating with my busy schedule to get ahold of me. They paid for the tree they needed to cut down and did a great job with the cleanup. Great company I don’t know why anyone would give this company any less than 5 stars.

Awful company. Constantly don't recieve bills in the mail, and while my phone number is on file they REFUSE to let me know any issues and shut off service without ANY notice. You'd think in 2022 they would have a simple text service or something. Good thing they have a monopoly on power and can do whatever they want.

I hàve only have wonderful, kind service from all employees at Webster electric. Marshfield. I'm glad they are my only utlies Company. I appreciate the service in office. And all service workers thank you.
