I have stayed in the hotel due hosting an event there. If you are not having an Indian wedding I won’t recommend. The whole process is very hard and confusing. I do want to say then when the event started it and their present staff. They were the nicest staff that we have ever dealt with. Josefina was fantastic! If the hotel ever loses that staff they would lose business because they are the best ! It does make a difference and we had a good time after going thru the process of booking and paying months prior. Front desk aren’t the greatest I think people that work the front desk specially the women should be re trained One of them ran our credit card 2 times and didn’t even explain and she asked for another credit card They ended up taking the money each time so we were charged for our reservation 3 times !!!! It was such a hassle to get it back. She wouldn’t even listen as we are trying to tell her what she was doing Another woman blocked us out of one of our rooms saying that we didn’t pay for the extra night We had kids so it was kind of challenging to deal with this when you have little ones with you. She actually screamed to get our attention has we are passing by and yelled that we needed to pay!!! I do want to point out that the Manager Tom managed everything very fair If I wasn’t for him we would have checked out since we couldn’t deal with the front desk and their system anymore. Also We wonder why no one was at the pool so we went to relax after the event well We find out why no one was there since it was freezing cold We complained and they said that’s the right temperature At the end we felt like the trouble family who had an event there so they were working with us a little bit. I would come back as a guest who is not spending the night

For weddings this place is ok. I feel good hat they over charge since the pandemic, however they are very accommodating. The downside is the service. We paid for a hotel room that is supposed to be 4 stars, however they are more like motel rooms with brown decor from the 80's. We asked for extra water, and like spirit airlines they charge extra, which is fine, but also do not have any extra for guests. Tell you the truth, better off having your wedding and friends stay and enjoy in Morristown or somewhere that doesn't put customer needs in the back seat. This place is terrible...more like 1 star in my opinion.

The building looks really nice. My GPS got me there with minor issues. They have guest parking. I went to an event. I did not stay at the hotel. A friend of mine who attended the event stayed at the hotel to be closer to the event. She loved her room and the amenities. The staff were nice. They made sure I got to the right location of the event.

First off let me just give out pros for this hotel for our 3 day, 2 night stay. Beautiful building and lobby. We were checked in quickly (it was also 2 AM). Parking was easy and didn’t need a pass to leave our car there. There’s a fridge in your room, ample storage space, outlets and USB ports on your nightstand. There’s a coffee machine with some Starbucks coffee, sugar and (1) creamer. That’s it, unfortunately. The room was clean but not ‘newly cleaned.’ In a way that the reading lamps in the room had dust on it and the sink had a watermark from the bottle of lotion that was placed there. We got to the hotel at 2 AM dead tired so the first night was just a quick overview. The next night we slept in we realized that the bed was horrible to sleep in, it had springs and it was just an uncomfortable experience, I woke up with a backache. The pillows were really thin and had to fluff them up just so I can sit up and watch TV. 2 out of 3 elevators were broken and I noticed on the reviews here that someone had posted about this 5 months ago… so this is something that they still have not resolved. While the stay was affordable and the views were great, we probably would not go back here and try a different hotel.

The parking lot is huge and there's definitely space for one. I've seen some large trucks there before, but I don't know what the policy is on parking a big rig there
