Sometimes there are defects in tires. If you have one, you should check your tire warranty and see if you can get it replaced. The safe answer is no, as it's likely deflating and the structural damage of the tire could cause it to give at any moment. You should use your spare, but if the shop is close enough you might get away with driving on it slowly. It's your call in the end.
Yes they do Mount tires but every car got different prices of the tires you won't have to call to find out your size of your tire and the price but I didn't think the tires was too pricey but there was some more than of us
