Don't ever put anything on layaway unless you know for a fact you are going to get it out on time and make payments on time. They advertise layaway and suggest you use it. BUT IF YOU MISS A PAYMENT. ⏩ YOU CANT PUT IT TOWARDS SOMETHING ELSE YOU LOSE IT ALL NO MATTER HOW MUCH MONEY IT IS $$$$⏪. Times are too hard to lose hard earned money 💰. That's not a way to run a business. They didn't tell me if you don't make payments on time all your money is gone. Lesson learned never again.

HELP IS NEEDED!!! BOUGHT A LAWN MOWER AND WOOD EDGER 'CASH' ($300.00) APPROXIMATELY THREE (3) WEEKS AGO, UPON PURCHASE I WAS TOLD BY THE REPRESENTATIVE THE REASON THE TWO EQUIPMENT WEREN'T STARTING, DUE TO GAS AND OIL AND SINCE, THEY DON'T HAVE SUCH SUPPLIES THE EQUIPMENT IS RETURNABLE. I WENT AND GET BOTH SUPPLIES AND FOUND OUT THE TWO (2) EQUIPMENT NOT WORKING. I IMMEDIATELY RETURNED IT, AND THE REPRESENTATIVE STATED SHE NEEDS AN OVERRIDE FROM COOPERATE, BUT AFTER STANDING THERE FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR I DECIDED TO CALL COOPERATE AND FOUND OUT THE REPRESENTATIVE LIED ACCORDING TO THE PERSON I SPOKE TO, RATHER COMMITTED A FALSE SALE, AND THE SUPERVISOR WILL BE IN CONTACT. AFTER A SERIES OF MESSAGES AND PHONE CALLS, FINALLY RETURN MY CALL APPROXIMATELY A WEEK LATER "NO RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE" AND THE REGIONAL MANAGER WILL BE IN CONTACT, SINCE I REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO HIM/HER. AS OF NOW NO MANAGER CONTACT ME OR A REFUND IS OFFERED. No one deserves this type of scam, please take your business elsewhere. (FRAUDSTERS, DECEPTIVE TATICS, FALSE SALES, AND REFUSING TO FOLLOW NORMAL STATE GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES. IT'S TIME TO PETITION THIS BUSINESS!!! If you don't have a testing site with necessary supplies, you should not be selling/ offering certain goods and services. Minorities doing businesses with you for a better living, not for you to swindle us, through high mark ups like new prices, taking our valuables and give us pennies, and pawn items have high interest rates, unable to have our valuables back. MOST IMPORTANTLY DON'T WANT TO GIVE BACK HARD EARN CASH ONCE IT WITHIN THEIR REACH. THIS BUSINESS IS NOT FOR US, BUT AT OUR POCKETS!!! Bought a lawnmower that worked when the guy showed me it started. Put down deposit, bought it out 2 weeks later. Tried it the following weekend after buying a new filter and fresh oil and fuel. It never started. It was never used. They didn't want to listen to what my issue was because I didn't buy the warranty which I thought was just for if it broke down after using it. I didn't think I would need it if it never worked. They didn't offer exchange, they didn't hear my issue except when I was trying to explain it never worked. They just said you didn't buy the warranty so nothing can be done. I know about policies. I understand policies. I know about customer service and satisfaction. Some cases can be an exception. Poor customer service.

Walked in to an empty store and all the employees seemed to ignore me. Didn't bother to ask if I needed to see anything when looking at the jewelry. Didn't ask if I was looking for certain items or if I needed any help at all. All were chatting among themselves as if the store was empty. Don't go to this pawn shop if you want to be ignored.
