Yes but as far as I know all apts are privately owned. I lived there in the.mid 90s it was ok then but that was a long time ago. Not sure what going on there now but i never had any issues and I was there close to 10 years
They're delivered to the front desk of the building and you receive a notice in your mail box which alerts you to pick it up from the front desk.
