Awful experience. Person who did my haircut had horrible body odor, on top of that she didn't apply any effort doing the work, she didn't care to follow simple instructions cutting sides making me look like conehead.

If you’re going to this place make sure to avoid Jillian. Jillian took care of my sister who was kind all throughout despite the stylist’s disgusting attitude. She very clearly did not want to work at all. My sister was asked how much she wanted to take off. When my sister was debating Jillian clearly was losing her patience and was very abrupt and rude when saying it was “ just how short. “ After telling her how short my sister then explained that she wanted layers and the stylist did not even bother to listen to what she wanted and cut her off acting like she knew already what it was. She’s cutting more than what my sister told her to which she asks why and the stylist gave a condescending attitude saying that if she wanted layers she’s going to cut more. But, if she had at least tried to understand what my sister was asking she would’ve known that she just wanted long layers. Jillian did not even let her know, “This might leave your hair shorter than what you asked”. Not even expected since she was not willing to listen to what she wanted in the first place. When my sister wants to see the hair from behind, the stylist acts annoyed and finds a mirror and tells my sister she has to turn her chair around. when my sister turned her chair and stands she even criticized where she’s standing and tells her she has to stand somewhere else?! Not polite at all, no patience, not even trying to make conversation. Her customer service is just awful acting very cold and annoyed. The other stylists seemed happy and willing to help their client. We always are generous with tips since we work in customer service but this was just awful and deserves nothing since her hair just looked like she cut straight through it not even trying to make it seem decent. My sister just told her to leave it at that because she’s obviously not in the mood to work.

Kevin is the best!!! He saved me from my Britney Spears moment trying to cut my own hair lol! His cuts and color are amazing. You can always trust he’ll make you look even better than you imagined.
