So I initially reviewed this hotel at 3 store initially because there was a baby crying all night. Since double tree closed I've stayed here 15 times at least. 95% of the time the room is very clean. Like most jobs some people are better than others at their job. Most of the staff are amazing. Breakfast is great. Definitely recommend the hotel. Spend a couple more bucks it's worth it.

I love this hotel! The location is great, the staff is friendly, the rooms are very clean and well cared for. There always seems to be coffee available and the self-serve breakfast has many options. I just arrived home from a trip and when I checked my invoice, there was a small error, I called and they were very happy to correct it right away - it was a cheerful and helpful conversation.

Positive: The hotel was clean, comfortable. We felt safe staying there and coming and going late at night. The free breakfast had plenty of selections and was a nice little extra before we checked out. Negative: The walls could be a little thicker, as we had some noisy neighbors for the first half of the night.

Matt from the front desk was absolutely amazing. My girlfriend had not slept in some time and was stranded at LGA due to flight delays. He ensured the room was made up early so she could check in early and sleep. As well, he was incredibly understanding, made sure to check in with her, and provide bottled water when she arrived. There was an issue with people smoking in the hotel which he handled professionally and efficiently. The rooms were nice and at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this hotel. The customer service was phenomenal and it was overall a great experience.
