I would recommend calling the shop, as the holiday has definitely cause a shift in stock. They may still be able to order one from the farm for you.

We dont currently make a sausage of that variety. However, we would be happy to make one for you upon request! We would typically need one week of notice. Unfortunately, it will have to be after Memorial Day. I hope this helps.
