If you love good food a casual and classy atmosphere and fantastic live jazz on the weekends, the Eastgate Cafe is made for you. Located in Chicago's historic Oak Park, this basement Bistro is a hidden gem that will always satisfy and often amaze. You must go there! Sorry folks. The delightful Eastgate and it's monumental jazz jam are now closed. The owners are moving out of state and the future of the venue is unknown.

Hello..! As of August we will start with Jazz Jamming again.. Welcome
Singers are welcomed during the Sunday Jazz Jam session. The band has a wide knowledge of jazz and pop classics so they will happily accompany singers with a similar feel for the music. The Jam is between 4 and 7 pm.
I am not sure
Yes and no. There are 2 or 3 steps inside the front door, but when the weather permits there is outside sitting that does not involve stairs.
