Always been great and checked everything needed to keep me healthy. New waiting room for most of my doctors and making an appointment is easy, some I can do on app now.never leave like I didn't get everything answered.

Many people believe that when you call your doctors office your speaking to them. Well your not, your speaking to a call center who are very unprofessional and at times very rude. I’ve been dealing with them for two months since becoming a new patient and let me tell you it’s been a horrible night mare. I had calls from my doctors office and when returning a call to my doctors office, the call taker will refuse to transfer me over even if I’m returning the phone call. They state that it’s their policy not to transfer any calls to the doctors office they can only send messages. I’ve had it and I’m ready to find a different physician that is not associated with Rush. They have zero respect for their patients and they treat you like a “Now serving #25” deli customer, not as a patient.

I have BCBS PPO, so definitely they accept that. But they accept all forms of healthcare insurance, because I use to work there too.
